ChatSee Log Audit – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChatSee Log Audit service (“Service”), which allows you to upload log files and receive an automated AI failure audit report (“Report”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use the Service
The Service is intended for business evaluation and development purposes.
You may use the Service if:
You are acting on behalf of a business, or
You are a developer or technical user evaluating the Service in a professional capacity
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and that you have the right to submit any data.
2. What the Service Does
The Service is a free, one-time analysis tool that:
Accepts uploaded log files
Processes them using ChatSee’s analysis systems
Generates a diagnostic Report highlighting potential AI failures and patterns
The Service is provided without account creation and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
3. Your Data Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for any data you upload (“Submitted Data”).
You agree that:
You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the data
You will not upload sensitive or regulated data, including:
Personally identifiable information (PII)
Health, financial, or other regulated data
You will remove or anonymize sensitive content before submission
ChatSee does not review or sanitize Submitted Data and is not responsible for any sensitive data you choose to upload.
4. How ChatSee Uses Submitted Data
By submitting data, you grant ChatSee a limited license to:
Process and analyze the data
Generate and deliver the Report
Improve the Service using aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data
ChatSee does not sell your raw data. Data may be processed by service providers under confidentiality obligations or disclosed if required by law.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your Submitted Data
ChatSee retains ownership of:
The Service
All analysis methods, models, and taxonomies
The structure and methodology of the Report
You may use the Report internally for evaluation purposes only.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service or Report for competitive analysis or benchmarking
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract underlying models or logic
Use the Service to build competing products
Share or publish the Report externally without permission
Upload harmful, malicious, or unauthorized data
7. Confidentiality
The Report and related outputs should be treated as ChatSee confidential information and not shared externally without consent.
8. No Warranties
The Service and Report are provided “as is” for informational purposes only.
ChatSee does not guarantee:
Accuracy or completeness
Identification of all issues or risks
Fitness for any specific use
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ChatSee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
ChatSee’s total liability related to the Service will not exceed $100 USD
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatSee from claims arising from:
Your Submitted Data
Your misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
11. Data Retention
ChatSee may retain Submitted Data temporarily to:
Deliver the Report
Improve system performance
Data may be deleted at any time.
12. Termination
ChatSee may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
